Structural Steel Fabrication
Structural steel fabrication turns approved drawings and technical requirements into deliverable members, covering material receiving, cutting, assembly, welding, dimensional inspection, surface treatment, marking and packing. Fabrication scope, quality plan, third-party inspection and transport responsibility are reviewed against member drawings, material, quantity and project standards.
Steel Detailing Services
Steel detailing converts confirmed design intent into manufacturable, transportable and installable models, member drawings and material lists. 3D modeling, joint detailing, member splitting and shop drawing delivery are reviewed; design responsibility, model depth, applicable standards, drawing review interface and delivery milestones are confirmed per project contract.
Steel Structure Export Delivery
Steel structure export delivery covers packing, container loading, sea freight and export document coordination. Our Foshan factory provides professional packing and container loading, with packing method, delivery, trade terms and transport responsibility confirmed per order; fixed sailing schedules or customs clearance are not guaranteed.
