Embedded Parts & Anchor Bolts
Embedded parts and anchor bolts connect civil works to steel structures. Anchor bolts are named by their bent form: J-type, L-type, hook and bearing-plate types. We fabricate anchor bolts, embedded plates and built-up embedments to approved drawings in common grades such as Q235B and Q355B, with threading, bending and supporting processing, and hot-dip galvanizing or other surface treatments as special requests, plus material certificates and inspection documents, professionally packed and shipped by sea from our Foshan factory.

Anchor Bolt Forms
Anchor bolts are commonly distinguished by their bent form: J-type and hook forms anchor column bases and resist uplift; an L-type bend helps tie into the foundation reinforcement during placement; straight-threaded and doubled-end bolts work with nuts; bearing-plate (welded base plate) forms give more stable anchorage. The form used should follow the column base drawing and structural requirements.
Fabrication to Drawing
Anchor bolts, embedded plates and built-up embedments are fabricated to approved drawings, with threading, bending, drilling and matching nuts and washers; scope is confirmed by project review.
Surface Treatment
Black finish, hot-dip galvanizing or blackening can be discussed as special requirements, subject to project requirements.
Quality & Inspection
Material certificates and dimensional inspection records are available; special inspection can be discussed.
Delivery
Our Foshan factory provides professional packing and container loading, with sea freight as the main delivery method for overseas orders, confirmed per order.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between J-type, hook and L-type anchor bolts?
The main difference is the bend position and angle: J-type and hook forms anchor the column base against uplift, while an L-type bend helps tie into foundation reinforcement during placement. Follow the drawings; we can fabricate to them.
Can anchor bolts be hot-dip galvanized?
Yes. Black, hot-dip galvanized and blackened finishes can be discussed as special requirements, subject to project requirements.
How are thread sizes and accessories confirmed?
Thread sizes follow the drawings and project standard; nuts and washers can be supplied to match.
How are overseas projects delivered?
Professional packing and container loading at our Foshan factory, with sea freight as the main delivery method, confirmed per order.
